Satyasheel Singh

Mr. Satyasheel is a Ph.D. scholar at the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad, conducting research in AI for Cybersecurity under the guidance of Dr. Saurabh Kumar. His research explores the intersection of artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, with particular interests in AI-driven threat detection, security analytics, and intelligent techniques for identifying and mitigating emerging cyber threats.

Before joining IIT Hyderabad, he worked as a DevOps Engineer at SkywayTechLabs Pvt. Ltd. (2021–2024) and subsequently as a Freelance DevOps and Cloud Engineer (2024–2025). During this period, he gained extensive experience in CI/CD migration, multi-cloud deployments across AWS and Google Cloud, Kubernetes environments, deployment automation, cloud-infrastructure optimization, production troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis. This industry experience enables him to approach cybersecurity research with a strong understanding of real-world cloud systems and operational challenges.

Beyond his academic and professional pursuits, he is a co-founder of Trigyfy, where he contributes to the platform’s continued development and initiatives. He has also contributed code and technical documentation to Kubernetes and Meshery within the Cloud Native Computing Foundation ecosystem. A machine-learning enthusiast and committed lifelong learner, he actively participates in the Cohere Open Science Community at Cohere Labs.

He received his B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering in 2021. He is an AWS Certified Solutions Architect and a Google Cloud Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer.
